The service

TradeOS is ITG's digital platform for sourcing, procurement, logistics, consolidation and business-travel coordination. Access to authenticated areas is provided to ITG clients and staff under their commercial agreements with ITG.

Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Organization owners and admins control membership of their organization and are responsible for the access they grant.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access other organizations' data, probe or disrupt the service, or submit unlawful content. ITG may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the platform.

Commercial documents

Quotations, bookings and invoices issued through TradeOS are governed by the commercial terms agreed between your organization and ITG, including Incoterms referenced on each document.

Liability

TradeOS is provided as a working tool supporting ITG's services. To the extent permitted by law, ITG is not liable for indirect losses arising from platform availability; your statutory rights and the terms of your commercial agreement with ITG remain unaffected.
