Scope
ITG Business Travel covers business travel to Türkiye and China only: meetings, commercial visits, factory visits, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, procurement trips and company delegations. ITG does not handle tourism, work or student visas, medical travel or migration services.
Visa intake & preparation
Structured digital intake, document checklists based on your nationality and place of application, and review by an ITG specialist before anything is filed.
Invitation coordination
Invitation letters coordinated with inviting companies, trade fairs or ITG's own offices, where applicable.
Business itinerary
Flights, hotel, airport transfer, meeting schedule, factory visits, interpreter and local transport — delivered as a bilingual itinerary.
Delegation support
Group applications and delegation logistics managed as one file with individual applicant records.
