Who we are
TradeOS is operated by International Trade Gate (ITG), with offices in Istanbul, Guangzhou and Kigali. ITG is the data controller for information submitted through this platform. Contact: info@itradegate.com.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), organization information, sourcing and logistics request details, consolidation bookings, business-travel intake data (including passport and identity details you provide for visa preparation), messages, documents you upload, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To operate your sourcing, procurement, logistics, consolidation and business-travel workflows; to communicate about your requests; to secure the platform; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Sensitive travel data
Passport and identity fields collected for visa preparation are stored with restricted access, are excluded from general staff list views, and access to them is separately controlled. They are used solely to prepare your business-travel file.
Sharing
Data is shared only with service providers required to run the platform (hosting, database, email delivery), with authorities where legally required, and — for travel files — with the parties needed to prepare your application, with your knowledge.
Retention and your rights
We keep records as long as needed for the commercial relationship and legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@itradegate.com; we respond within a reasonable period.
