What we source in this sector
Turkish ceramics ship from the Kütahya–Eskişehir–Bilecik cluster, home to globally known tile and sanitaryware brands; brassware comes from İstanbul and Kayseri. In China, Foshan is the world's largest ceramic tile base, and Zhongshan's Guzhen district is the recognised lighting capital.
Tiles are graded to ISO 13006 (water absorption, PEI wear class) and verified against first-choice sorting before loading; sanitaryware to EN 997-type standards; luminaires to CE/IEC with photometric reports. Shade and caliber consistency across production batches is the classic risk ITG's pre-shipment inspection targets.
Tiles are ordered by container mathematics — weight limits fill before volume — and breakage clauses, palletisation and corner protection are specified in the contract. For lighting, samples and a sealed golden sample govern the production run.
